The "Rookie of the Year" award is given to a stand out employee that we have hired during the past year. "Rookie of the Year" winners embody and demonstrate Universal Pediatrics’ mission and values daily, are great team players, and are an example to others. This year’s award recipient is Tesha B., RN Clinical Manager in our West Des Moines office. Tesha came to Universal Pediatrics with a passion to help others and hit the ground running since her first day! Tesha exudes a quiet confidence but with a calm demeanor. Her professional personality has enabled her to develop great rapport with her nurses, families, clients and fellow co-workers. Tesha may be a “rookie”, but she’s proven that she’s got what it takes to be an excellent Clinical Manager. Congratulations, Tesha!
